The anti-cCD20 sdAb served as the primary antibody, and CoraLite ® <t>488-conjugated</t> 6×His-Tag mouse monoclonal antibody, diluted 1:250, was used as the secondary antibody, with PBS as the blank control. The fluorescence signals were detected using a confocal microscope (Zeiss, LSM-800).
